Terms and conditions
We extend credit to well rated and/or established accounts. Our credit policy requires either a 1 or 2 rating from the Jewelers Board of Trade or three industry references to be listed on our Credit Application which you can have faxed, mailed or printed out from our website. Our terms are net 30 days unless other arrangements have been made with our credit department. Until credit is established shipments can be made via C.O.D. We also accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard.

Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with a 30 day return policy from any items billed invoice date.
Returns made after 30 days of the items billed invoice date will not be accepted.
Any returns must be accompanied with their memo or invoice number and date.
Stones may not be returned if they have been damaged in any way or have been cut or ordered special.
